Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering as a publisher or advertiser on the CPAnexus platform. By accessing or using CPAnexus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for an account or using CPAnexus ("the Network"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Network.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. CPAnexus reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Publisher Conduct

• Use only approved traffic sources
• Refrain from fraud, incentivized traffic (unless pre-approved), bots, or misrepresentation
• Follow offer-specific terms as stated in the dashboard

Violation of these terms may result in termination and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.

4. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers must:

• Provide valid, working creatives and links
• Pay for valid traffic as agreed upon. Payments can be rejected for any reason.
• Notify CPAnexus of any offer changes at least 24 hours in advance

5. Payout Terms

Standard payouts are made on a Net-30 basis unless otherwise stated in writing. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

CPAnexus may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you engage in fraudulent practices, violate offer terms, harm the platform's integrity, or for any reason.

7. Confidentiality

All internal platform data and campaign performance info must be kept confidential. Sharing such information may lead to termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

CPAnexus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, downtime, or inaccurate campaign data. Use at your own risk.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes shall be resolved in courts located in San Diego County, CA.
